Q:How did you come to be properly diagnosed with your food intolerances/allergies?

astridelaine

About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. A few months after undergoing major surgery and being put on drugs I was still not feeling well so I decided to try a more holistic approach. I completed a food sensitivity blood test and Dairy, Gluten, and Beef came back off the charts. I have been free of those allergens for over 2 years now and it has made such a difference in my life. I am now in remission and completely off the drugs. Yayy! Fellow Crohnies there is hope!
